RADIANCE YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
West Virginia's only trauma-informed hybrid yoga teacher training
We are a trauma-informed, accessible hybrid yoga teacher training offered by Radiant Soul School of Yoga in St. Albans, West Virginia. Calling this a yoga teacher training doesn’t quite do it justice. It’s a deeply personal journey that can’t truly be explained until you’ve walked through it yourself. Beyond learning to teach a sequence of 36 common and foundational poses and to guide breathwork and mindfulness practices, you’ll explore the rich history and philosophy that give yoga its meaning. Through this practice, you’ll reconnect with your inner wisdom, rediscover lost pieces of yourself, and learn to love who you are with compassion, grace, and a renewed sense of peace.
You’ll earn a 200-hour Yoga Alliance-approved and American Yoga Council CYT Level 1 certification through a flexible blend of online and in-person learning. Enjoy lifetime access to video lessons, audio content, and full-text transcripts of every module. Join optional live sessions with lead educators during office hours or after class for deeper learning and connection. Practice on your own schedule with reservable studio hours, and receive unlimited access to both live and on-demand yoga for a full year. Upon completion, you’ll be proud to hold a certificate from West Virginia’s first and only trauma-informed yoga teacher program.
What Makes This Training Different
Supporting real people with real lives
Our training program was built to support real people with real lives, not just aspiring full-time teachers. Rather than focusing on performance and pressure, this training emphasizes accessibility, trauma-aware language, and practical teaching skills that can meet a wide range of bodies, backgrounds, and learning styles.
Many people join our yoga teacher training with no intention of ever teaching a class. Our program is a deep dive into self-discovery! You’ll explore your physical, emotional, and spiritual layers through movement, breathwork, and reflection.
Our students find the training has helped them reconnect with themselves, release old patterns, and cultivate a sense of peace and self-love that has been hard to find elsewhere.
Even if you never teach, learning how to hold space, speak with clarity, and guide others can boost your confidence in everyday life.
You’ll walk away with a sense of empowerment that ripples into your relationships, career, and personal goals.
