This is not a training about adding more poses, more scripts, or more techniques. This is about learning to see clearly, teach responsibly, and lead from lived experience. Embodiment is a trauma-informed, nervous system-aware, Bhakti-rooted advanced training designed for teachers who are ready to move beyond surface-level instruction and into depth, integrity, and real human connection. Who is this training for?
This training is for people who are ready to go deeper… not just learn more. It’s for teachers who feel like something is missing, even after a 200-hour training. It’s for practitioners who are curious about what’s happening beneath the surface of their practice. It’s for those who care about doing this work responsibly… who want to understand the nervous system, honor boundaries, and teach or practice with integrity. And it’s for anyone who feels the quiet pull toward something more honest, more embodied, and more real… even if they can’t fully name it yet.
What will I learn from this training?
You’ll learn how to understand the body beyond how it looks… and begin to see how it actually functions and responds. You’ll study the nervous system and how it shapes experience, so you can recognize regulation, stress, and overwhelm in yourself and others. You’ll refine how you speak, cue, and guide in a way that is clear, respectful, and trauma-informed. You’ll work with philosophy not as something abstract, but as something that can be lived and shared honestly. And throughout the training, you’ll learn how to adapt, respond, and make real-time decisions… so your practice and your teaching feel grounded, not scripted.
Is this training only for people who want to teach?
No… and honestly, some of the most powerful transformations in this training come from people who don’t plan to teach at all. While you will learn how to teach, the deeper work is about how you show up… in your body, in your relationships, and in your life. If you do choose to teach, you’ll be prepared to do it responsibly and with integrity. But even if you never lead a class, you’ll walk away with a much deeper understanding of yourself and a practice that actually supports you in a real, sustainable way.
How will this help me deepen my practice?
This training deepens your practice by shifting it from something you do into something you live inside of. Instead of collecting more techniques or poses, you begin to understand what’s actually happening in your body, your mind, and your nervous system. You’ll learn to sit with sensation, notice patterns, and move with more awareness and intention. Philosophy becomes something you can feel, not just study… and your practice becomes less about performance and more about relationship… to yourself, to breath, and to what’s real in each moment.
