What will I learn from this training?
Calling this a yoga teacher training doesn’t quite do it justice. It’s a deeply personal journey that can’t truly be explained until you’ve walked through it yourself. Beyond learning to teach a sequence of 36 common and foundational poses, to guide breathwork and mindfulness practices, you’ll explore the rich history and philosophy that give yoga its meaning. Through this practice, you’ll reconnect with your inner wisdom, rediscover lost pieces of yourself, and learn to love who you are—with compassion, grace, and a renewed sense of peace.
Is this training only for people who want to teach?
Not at all—and in fact, many people join yoga teacher training (YTT) with no intention of ever teaching a class. YTT is a deep dive into self-discovery. You’ll explore your physical, emotional, and spiritual layers through movement, breathwork, and reflection. Many students find that the training helps them reconnect with themselves, release old patterns, and cultivate a sense of peace and self-love that’s hard to find elsewhere. Even if you never teach, learning how to hold space, speak with clarity, and guide others can boost your confidence in everyday life. You’ll walk away with a sense of empowerment that ripples into your relationships, career, and personal goals.
How will this help me deepen my practice?
You’ll gain a stronger understanding of alignment, anatomy, and breathwork, which can transform how you move and feel in your body. Whether you’re looking to prevent injury, manage stress, or simply feel more connected, this training gives you tools that last a lifetime. Most yoga classes only scratch the surface. In YTT, you’ll learn the philosophy, history, and ethics behind the practice—things like the Eight Limbs of Yoga, the Yoga Sutras, and the deeper meaning of asana. This knowledge enriches your personal practice and helps you live yoga off the mat.
